You have the right to cancel this contract within 30 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day you or a third party nominated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last item. You may use the enclosed sample withdrawal form, but it is not required.

You can also declare your withdrawal online via the "Withdraw from contract" button provided for this purpose on our website (mokebo.de). If you make use of this option, we will send you an email confirming receipt of this declaration of withdrawal, stating its content as well as the date and time of receipt.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send notice of your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs arising from your choice of a different delivery method than the standard delivery we offer at the lowest cost), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we received notification of your withdrawal. We will use the same payment method you used in the original transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to the appropriate returns warehouse without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day you notify us of the withdrawal of this contract:

You bear the direct costs of return shipping. Return shipping costs depend on the type of goods and the merchandise value of the returned items (according to your invoice amount):

Parcel goods – returns from Germany:

• Merchandise value under €100: €6.90
• Merchandise value €100 – €400: €12.90
• Merchandise value over €400: €19.90

Parcel goods – returns from abroad (AT, NL, etc.):

• Merchandise value under €100: €9.90
• Merchandise value €100 – €400: €16.90
• Merchandise value over €400: €24.90

Freight goods (sofa, pickup by appointment):

• Germany & abroad: €139.00

These costs apply regardless of the number of packages returned. This rule does not apply if the goods were delivered defective. You only need to compensate for any loss in value of the goods if this loss is due to handling not necessary to inspect the nature, properties, and functioning of the goods.

If you use this online function, we will immediately send you a confirmation of receipt on a durable medium (e.g. by email) with information about the content of the withdrawal declaration and the date and time of receipt.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest type of standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in no event will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement. We may refuse reimbursement until we have received the returned goods back, or until you have provided proof that you have sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You shall return the goods promptly and in any event no later than 14 days from the date on which you inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract, to the appropriate returns warehouse:

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Grounds for exclusion and expiry

The right of withdrawal does not exist for contracts

• for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual choice or decision by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer;
• for the supply of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiry date would quickly pass;
• for the supply of alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed upon at the conclusion of the contract, but which can be delivered no earlier than 30 days after the conclusion of the contract, and whose current value depends on fluctuations in the market over which the trader has no control;
• for the supply of newspapers, periodicals or magazines, with the exception of subscription contracts.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts

• for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal was removed after delivery;
• for the supply of goods if, after delivery, they were inseparably mixed with other goods due to their nature;
• for the supply of audio and video recordings and computer software in sealed packaging, if the seal was removed after delivery.
